  • My name is Megan Meyerhoffer and I wear several hats in the realm of parenting and mental health. I am a licensed clinical social worker, parent coach, and owner of Woven Nest Counseling & Coaching where we specialize in helping children, parents and families navigate the challenges and joys of being human.

On a personal note, I am also the proud mama of a lively 6-year-old who keeps me on my toes and fills my life with endless love and laughter AND obstacles! My own journey through parenthood has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and triumphs that come with raising children.

I am excited to be a facilitator in this group, where we can come together to share our experiences, provide support, and offer guidance to fellow parents. The first year of parenthood is a time of incredible evolution and adjustment, and I am here to provide a caring and empathetic ear, along with practical insights and strategies to help you thrive in your own evolution.

I look forward to getting to know each of you and working together to create a nurturing and supportive community for all parents. Here's to the exciting adventure of parenthood and the growth we'll experience together!
